Over 8 weeks, you follow a progressive exercise plan designed by Jack Buss (MOVE's Spinal Rehab Lead) to build back strength and confidence. Based on principles we use in clinic, adapted for you to follow at home.
What's included:
8-week structured progression (not random exercises)
Daily exercise guidance built around your life
A clear roadmap from where you are now to where you want to be

This programme is for you if:
You've had back pain for months (or years) and nothing's stuck
You want a proper plan, not generic YouTube exercises
You're ready to commit to 8 weeks of structured work
This programme is NOT for you if:
You have acute back pain (can't move freely)
You've had spinal surgery in the last 8 weeks
You have a spinal fracture or osteoporosis
You have numbness or nerve symptoms
You're pregnant or early postpartum (< 12 weeks)
If any of those apply, speak to your GP first and contact us on hello@move-physiotherapy.co.uk for individualised advice. With medical clearance, you may be able to participate.
